Transform Insideout is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and through sessions. In data protection law this makes the practice the data controller.

Transform Insideout is a trading name of Claire Emma Patterson, of International House, 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, DN1 3LW.

The practice is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, under reference ZC231096. That reference can be looked up on the public register at ico.org.uk/register.

Any question about privacy, and any of the requests described under Your rights below, can be sent to support@transforminsideout.co.

Only what is needed in order to reply to you and to provide sessions. The categories are set out below.

Information about health, emotional wellbeing and religious belief is treated as special category data and given extra protection in law. Because of what this practice does, some of what you share is likely to fall into that category.

It is used only to provide the support you have asked for, and it is handled with explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

If you send a prayer request through this site, what you write is held with the same care as anything else you share, and with the extra protection that applies to information about health and religious belief.

It reaches Transform Insideout and is read there. It goes no further unless you ask for it to be shared with the prayer team. That box starts empty, and leaving it empty is a perfectly good answer: your request is still read, and it is still prayed for.

If you do ask for it to be shared, you choose how much of you travels with it: your first name only, your full name, or nothing at all. Everyone on the prayer team has accepted a written undertaking to keep private what they are sent.

You can ask on behalf of somebody else. When you do, it is their name, or whatever you put in place of it, that the prayer team sees, and never yours.

Your email address is optional, and it is there only so that a reply can be sent. Asking for prayer does not add you to a mailing list, and nothing follows from it unless you ask for it.

Your information is used for these purposes and no others.

Your information is not sold, rented or traded, and it is not used to profile you or to target advertising at you.

It is shared only with the services needed to run the practice, and only to the extent each of them needs it. Those services are listed below. Each one acts on the practice's instructions and cannot use your information for its own purposes.

Where you have asked for a prayer request to be shared, it is also read by the members of the prayer team you agreed it could go to. That is described under Prayer requests above.

It may also be shared where the law requires it, or where there is a serious concern about the safety of you or another person.

Information is kept only as long as there is a reason to keep it, then deleted.

Enquiries sent through the contact form on this site are deleted automatically one year after they arrive, whether or not they were answered. That deletion is done by the booking platform on a schedule and does not depend on anyone remembering.

Prayer requests are deleted automatically one year after they arrive, and with them the record of who was asked to pray for them. That deletion is done by the booking platform on a schedule and does not depend on anyone remembering.

Records connected to sessions are kept for seven years after your last session, and are then deleted. Seven years is used because a claim can be brought for up to six years, and a record should outlive the period in which it might be needed. If a legal, insurance or professional obligation requires a particular record to be kept for longer, it is kept only for as long as that obligation lasts.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted in many circumstances, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive a copy of it.

To exercise any of these rights, get in touch using the contact details above. You will not be charged and a response will normally be given within one month.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing non-essential runs unless you have allowed it, and you can change your answer at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.

Two things are asked about. Videos on this site are hosted on YouTube, and the player is not loaded at all until you allow it, so nothing is sent to YouTube before then. Anonymous page statistics are the second, and nothing is collecting them at present.

Your answer is kept in your own browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, which means it stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Two things happen either way, because the site cannot work without them. The booking area is provided by our booking platform and uses the storage it needs to keep you signed in and to take a payment securely. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never seen by us.

No analytics tool is running on this site at present. If one is ever added, it will be named here, with what it collects and how long it keeps it, before it is switched on.
