These terms cover your use of this website. By using the site you are accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Transform Insideout is a trading name of Claire Emma Patterson, a sole trader, of International House, 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, DN1 3LW. The practice can be reached by email at support@transforminsideout.co.

These terms do not govern coaching itself. Booking a session, paying for it, changing or cancelling it, what a session involves, confidentiality and its limits, and the point at which the work would end are all set out in the client agreement and consent form.

That form is sent to you before your first session and must be read and signed before any work begins. It is the agreement between you and the practice. Nothing on this website replaces it or overrides it.

The cancellation notice required and the price of each session are shown at the point of booking, before any payment is taken.

The content of this site is general information about the practice and about Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is written carefully, but it cannot account for any individual situation and should not be relied on as advice of any kind, whether medical, psychological, legal or financial.

Transform Insideout is a coaching practice. It is not a medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic service, and nothing on this site diagnoses, treats or cures any condition. If you are receiving treatment, this work is designed to sit alongside it rather than replace it.

This is not a crisis or emergency service and cannot respond urgently. If you are at immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency services on 999, speak to your GP, call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option, or call Samaritans free at any hour on 116 123.

You may read this site, and print or download extracts of it, for your own personal use.

You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to it, that interferes with how it works for anyone else, or that involves collecting information from it by automated means.

The text, images, artwork, logo and branding on this site belong to Transform Insideout, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright.

They may not be copied, republished, adapted or used commercially without written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome and needs no permission at all.

The site is provided as it is. No guarantee is given that it will always be available, or available without interruption, and it may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Reasonable care is taken over the accuracy of what is published here, but no promise is made that everything on the site is complete or up to date at every moment.

This site links to other websites, and embeds content hosted elsewhere such as video and the booking system. Those links and embeds are provided for convenience and do not mean the practice endorses everything on those sites.

The practice has no control over the content of any website it links to and accepts no responsibility for it. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy policies, which will apply when you use them.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website.

This section limits liability for the website only. It does not affect anything set out in the client agreement and consent form, which is where the coaching relationship itself is governed, and it does not affect your rights as a consumer.

How this site handles personal information, including anything you send through an enquiry form, is set out in the privacy policy.

If something has gone wrong, please raise it directly first so it can be put right.

Complaints can be sent to support@transforminsideout.co. They are read by the practice itself and answered as quickly as possible.

Transform Insideout is not currently bound by a professional body's complaints procedure, so there is no external body a complaint about the coaching can be escalated to. A complaint about how your personal information has been handled is different, and can always be taken to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last changed is shown at the top of this page.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over them.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, nothing here removes the protection of the law where you live, and you may bring a claim in your own courts.
