These terms cover your use of this website. By using the site you are accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms do not govern coaching itself. Booking a session, paying for it, changing or cancelling it, what a session involves, confidentiality and its limits, and the point at which the work would end are all set out in the client agreement and consent form.

That form is sent to you before your first session and must be read and signed before any work begins. It is the agreement between you and the practice. Nothing on this website replaces it or overrides it.

The cancellation notice required and the price of each session are shown at the point of booking, before any payment is taken.

The content of this site is general information about the practice and about Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is written carefully, but it cannot account for any individual situation and should not be relied on as advice of any kind, whether medical, psychological, legal or financial.

Transform Insideout is a coaching practice. It is not a medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic service, and nothing on this site diagnoses, treats or cures any condition. If you are receiving treatment, this work is designed to sit alongside it rather than replace it.

This is not a crisis or emergency service and cannot respond urgently. If you are at immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency services on 999, speak to your GP, call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option, or call Samaritans free at any hour on 116 123.

You may read this site, and print or download extracts of it, for your own personal use.

They may not be copied, republished, adapted or used commercially without written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome and needs no permission at all.

The site is provided as it is. No guarantee is given that it will always be available, or available without interruption, and it may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
